Overview
Acapella Band is a music creation app that lets you record your voice and transform it into instruments. By using Acapella Band, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions
Acapella Band offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Apple Standard EULA
Use of this app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Your Content
All audio recordings and project data you create within Acapella Band remain yours. The app stores all content locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Acapella Band only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Disclaimer
Acapella Band is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
